Hey DM Backers,
For this quick update we're giving a shout out to another fun game campaign now on Kickstarter... we've been keeping tabs on these creators since before their launch.
And before we jump into that, we wanted to again mention the giveaway now happening that you can join- if you win (5 winners will be chosen), you'll get a free copy of the DM game to add on to your pledge. So, the following game is one we'd recommend you check out, as it's different than the other games you may have played in the past- it's a game that compliments and works in combination with almost any tabletop card game out there that you play, including Drama Mayhem.
Face the Consequences is an add-on you can add to ANY game to make it better, even one you’ve gotten tired of. With most games, there’s usually just a winner, and the losers…. well… they just lost. BUT, with Face the Consequences, the worst card, or the slowest player, or whoever breaks a house rule… they need to pay the price! Our team sent over a sample deck of Drama Mayhem to the crew at FTC to check out and play with their game. Below is a short video from one round of the game.
** Do note, these guys are in a packed bar playing with fellow adult friends, so a heads up on the viewing as there's some language. Also, they didn't really follow the game house rules we've set up, however, game rules are always flexible to the group and how they want to play.
That said, it is super basic at this point. Our team has plans to develop a real mobile app available for ios and adroid later this fall depending how well the game does for market rollout.
The good news is, as a Kickstarter backer, you will be getting two cool things...
1) FIRST ACCESS: You'll be the first to get to try out the full mobile app once we do develop it, and...
2) FREE ACCESS: It will be free to you as a backer (we plan to make it a paid app, the exact amount we haven't set yet).

We want to make the game available to anyone on the go, and having a mobile version would make the game that much more portable and convenient to play wherever and whenever.
Step by step. We wanted to share this news with you first though. If you have ideas about the mobile version, we'd love to hear it! The final app will look and operate very differently than the beta web app in the link above.

Hey Drama Mayhem Crew,
So just a little less than 2 weeks to go in the campaign and so for this update we wanted to get the ball rolling on a new campaign giveaway and some fun backer challenges for our backer team.

We're giving away 5X free decks of the Drama Mayhem game over the next 9 days in a new fun giveaway contest that you can join. It takes about 2-minutes to join and could get you a free extra set of the Drama Mayhem game, so don't miss it. Click here to join the giveaway contest.
We've set up some fun challenges for the backer team- so far we've completed 3 of the 10 challenges (marked with a green check mark), and there's 7 left. Take a look at the list. If you see a challenge on the list that you would want to do, message us or leave a comment and we'll get you set up with the sample pnp deck to use to complete the challenge!

To complete the challenge you should play at least one game scenario round with the setting/people as mentioned in the challenges and include 1 photo or short video of you completing the challenge. If we're able to complete all 10 challenges as a backer team, we've set up 2 extra challenges that the backer team can decide.
